   I had a very disappointing experience at American Nails in Arnold front street near car park . The service was unprofessional, and the quality of the work was poor. My nail varnish chipped almost immediately, and the products used didn’t seem fresh or high-quality. The atmosphere was frustrating, with poor sound quality—whether it was the music, equipment, or overall noise level, it made the experience unpleasant. Communication was also lacking, making the entire visit feel like a waste of time and money. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional nail salon, I would not recommend American Nails. There are better options elsewhere where you’ll get better service and results that actually last.

   Beautiful nails for my girls, it's just a shame that when one of them pointed out a difference in one nail to another she was scolded "Don't tell me how to do my job!". Similarly, when I questioned before my daughter was started, how much would it be, showing the picture - the gentleman sniggered as he walked away to calculate, totally unprofessional.

   Amazing job, such good attention to detail. Walked straight in and me and my friend got seated straight away. My nails legit lasted 5 weeks without any sign of them coming off and the detailing on my nails was wonderful Edit: Came back six weeks later, with my friends nails still in tact!! We both got cat eye and again was amazing service and amazing attention to detail

   Went for my infills as usual. They had a little girl who was disturbing all the customers. I went in for some peace and quiet. This little girl was obviously off school because she was poorly. She was coughing and sneezing right next to me. I now have a cold. You are meant to be running a business. Keep the children at home!!! Nails are done well just no consideration for customers personal space.

   First experience here was great, Infact even the second one was however, the third experience the black polish was peeling off my acrylics after one day of having them done.. this didn’t bother me too much, I just thought I’d avoid black polish in the future as it’s never happened with any other colour but the response I had from the staff was disgusting. Very rude, no apology and rushed getting them right again. When I tried to explain what had gone wrong / what needed fixing she kept “sssh’ing” me as she was more concerned with other customers hearing rather than actually making me feel more reassured and wanting to come back again. Never again. Not how you treat your customers - basic manners.

   Came to get my nails done and The man was very rude to me, made me feel uncomfortable through out my whole appointment I couldn’t wait to leave. He kept making little comments at me which were quite unnecessary. sounded like insults ? Laughing at me, just wasn’t nice at all. Will not be returning as your staff need some lessons on manners as they aren’t professional, not welcoming in the slightest, I left very upset ? I only came to get my nails done not to be made a mockery of… oh and my nails are longer on one hand.

   Always happy to help. Brilliant service and good prices. Very friendly & in my experience, go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, valued, & give you what you ask for. I have been going here regularly for 3 years and I have no complaints! The staff really get to know their regular customers & are always kind. Very popular & very busy on Fridays & Saturdays, as you would expect. Good range of services, & huge range of nail colours. Definitely recommend!
