   First time using Beautiful Nails today. The lady who did my nails did a rubbish job. I had a infill and a manicure. Firstly she went to put the acrylic on my nails before doing a manicure to which I told her you need to do the manicure first as this is part of the preparation. She clumped the acrylic on so thick and then tried to paint my nails without filing it down. She got acrylic all over my hands and under my nails. They then charged me £5 more than I was quoted. I don't think she was properly trained as I had to tell her a good few times to do things. Also my appointment was 12.30 and didn't get in the chair until 1pm. 100% won't be returning

   Beautiful Nails on Carlton Hill. Cindy is absolutely brilliant. Im a Pedicurist and Podiatrist and so my review is not done lightly. Highly recommend. You're welcome to mention to Susan, Cindy or Kevin or the owner, Susan's husband I've recommended you. I go for my nails and feet. Kevin is so precise on nails, but they're all great and the range of colours and styles second to none. Salon immaculate and high end decor. Prices good. Wouldnt go anywhere else at all.    Friendly staff, always lovely nails. Sometimes gets too busy and the wait can be long, and card read never seems to be working so have to take cash. Loyalty card is a brilliant idea too!

   Horrendously rude staff. I had a 4 week old baby and ventured out for the first time to have a pedicure. U brought baby in the carseat. The male working there told me that my calves were as big as his thighs and laughed. Being fat shamed postpartum was a horrible experience. Will never go again.

   STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT A CUTICLE INFECTION AND NAILS SO POORLY DONE THT THEY LOOK AWFUL IN JUST 2 DAYS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING TO ADD TO THT THEY ARE THE RUDEST PPL IVE EVER CAME ACROSS I WILL BE GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS!! THIS PLACE NEEDS CLOSING DOWN A WARNING ONTO OTHERS DONT RISK IT!! THAY HAVE NO PROFESSIONALISM WHAT SO EVER THEY ARE CLEARLY JUST WANTING TO TAKE THE GOOD PEOPLES MONEY

   Incredibly poor quality work, rude, always make you wait at least 35-60 minutes after your appointment was meant to start. Poorly skilled, poor results. I've tried this place a few times over past 5 years but it really is a waste of money. You'll probably leave unhappy with how you've been treated, what you've paid for and how you've been spoken to on every occasion.

   Had an horrendous experience today. Went in with my two young children to have their nails painted as a treat. The woman queried if my son was having his done and I said yes. After doing my daughter the other woman on shift who was available went to another woman I said excuse me my son is next. She said we don't do boys. I was livid and most upset. I said it was agreed he was to be done and he is next. Speaking in their Native tongue, it was clear my son was being discussed negatively. They didn't even put the right nail colour on leaving off his glitter purposefully so I paid an awful lot begrudgingly to be treated so horrendously. Do not touch this prejudiced place with a barge pole!
