   I am not the type to write a review but boy was i impressed, my nails look amazing never had such a good experience as soon as i went inside the nail shop i was welcomed and offered refreshments the girls inside were very chatty and had amazing conversations didn't realised how time have passed i had such a good experience and my nails look amazing

   What a waste of time and money . I went in for eyebrow wax and tint. The lady ruined my eyebrow shape, I’m actually hurt. The whole process was rushed, my eyebrows look ridiculous and the tint is all patchy.I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. She also kept talking to her colleagues whilst doing my eyebrows so close to my face, her breath odour was unpleasant

   I have had two horrible experiences. One I was lured into doing my eye brows with great promise that it’s will last 3 weeks. In 3days it cleaned off . I went back to complain but was told I would need to pay again. The second time was my nails, colour was very dull after done, the stuff wanted to add a few sparkles to brighten it, but the manager stopped them and insisted more money has to be paid. The approach was very unfriendly. When getting into the store the manager welcomes you with a smile but after he gets paid, he doesn’t care whether your nails are nice or not. I don’t use them anymore. Other friends have also complained and started looking for somewhere else to try.

   AVOID! Had acrylics done asked for coffin 3 times and she did them square, uneven & wonky. The woman with plaits and white boots also went on her phone in the MIDDLE of doing my nails. I waited while she was grinning and texting her friends. I had to then had to tell her to stop and continue my nails. So rude. Awful customer service. Dont waste your money.

   I was a walk in that had a wedding in a couple of days so asked for an ombre french manicure. They saw me straight away despite it being very busy and did an incredible job. The detail and skill they put into my nails was beautiful to watch and I've been so pleased how they've lasted. It's been two and a half weeks and still flawless! Thank you!
