Since this pharmacy changed from Lloyds it has been terrible. The staff seem not to know where things are . Never have all items of my prescription so I have changed pharmacy.

If i could give no stars i would Never ever got my medication in on time for me to collect or it wasn't complete when i went & collected it & it would always require another trip or maybe 2 more trips to complete the order. They only work when & if it suits them never have i know a chemist to be so disorganised.

This place is appalling. Opens and closes when it sees fit, the pharmacists never in and the shop is constantly dirty. I d not understand how this pharmacy is still open.

Asked at the counter if I could have some piriton for a 2 year old, the lady said “i’ll have a look” and then started walking round and picked up boxes of metformin at one point (???). When the pharmacist came to the front to help, he was very condescending and then tried to sell me out of date piriton until I checked the box myself. Shocking pharmacy, everything is always “it’ll take a few minutes” and like it’s too much trouble, also never seen a pharmacy with shelves so empty in my life.

I was faced with being let down by both Morrisons and Boots when they were unable to get my medication for me. Jhoots stepped in and got it for me in a couple of days. I always find the staff to be very helpful and friendly.

I required some assistance with a prescription I was picking up from Jhoots, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They were very courteous and professional, especially as the matter to discuss was very sensitive. This is not my local pharmacy but I would recommend as they always have your required medicines in stock.

Shop is unfit for purpose, keep well away there’s plenty of other pharmacies in the area. Shop needs a good clean, it’s filthy when you walk past.

The assistant was very helpful, it's a pity there was no senior members of staff present when I needed a prescription urgently, the shop was absolutely filthy, the exterior is dirty, would not use here if you paid me

The first time I used Jhoots I was impressed but things went massively and catastrophically downhill after this: First, they ordered a repeat prescription for my partner without us requesting it but during the same week that we'd requested one from our usual pharmacy, which led to an awkward conversation with the GP as to why we needed two lots of highly addictive painkillers. Secondly, we were given insulin for my seven year old daughter that was three months out of date. The I'm from Kingswinford Facebook page is absolutely full of stories about this pharmacy and I'll never set foot in there again.
