Always a queue and a wait. Constantly asked have u phoned? I've been phoning on and off for 5 months and I've never got an answer.
Useless. Huge queues on the phone and very little help once I finally got through. Get a dedicated phone operator in!! Also, I was clearly irate and aggressive due to going days without medication because of a doctor/pharmacy screw up so the manager got snippy and tried the stern approach. Told me to just call in next door to sort things out. Not very clever when they had also been a part of the problem. Things could potentially have gotten violent so a bit of thought when dealing with clearly aggravated mental health patients who have been denied their medication would be a good idea. Idiots.
Excellent service under difficult conditions at the moment. What a great team, well done everyone.
I ring in they tell me my meds are ready I collect and they're always smiling...for the size of the doctors and the size of the pharmacy I expect a wait...and there never more than ten minutes...I used Lloyd's opposite the community centre and it then turned into a bhoots I think that's what it's called and the pharmacist was a miserable lady and messed up my meds so had to go to the reliability of Lloyd's...... when I go in they always ask If I want to wait or collect later gives me the option.....10 out 10 for staff and the treatment I get...
Not enough staff. Regularly left waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes without being served or acknowledged. Always a queue to be served.

Very unorganised! People were coming in and it seems to be difficult to locate medicine. I went in to collect my baby’s electronic medicine and was told I should call first to tell them as it doesn’t automatically come off. Defeats the point of this chemist being my nominated one.
