   Over priced and under educated. Would not accept a prescription from Haborne Hospital. Drove a mile up the road and got meds with no issue. Guessing the added paper work was more important than someone's health....

   Honestly one of the best little pharmacies I've been to. It's got an old world charm. I did have to wait, due to a few patrons in front of me, but the staff worked hard to help everyone as much as possible and to get people seen as swiftly ss they could. They were all so helpful with getting my hubby's prescription filled and the pharmacist personally came out to advise me on pain medication suitable for him and spent time making sure we got the best options for him. I felt listened to and respected which is refreshing and very welcome.

   Took 10 minutes for 3 people to provide a prescription. No queue. Quiet. Additional information in repsonse to the mild sarcasm of my previous short review. The shop was quiet, i dont care if it was pandemonium in the back it should have been quicker. At the time my prescription was being processed there was no one remaining. I was served mine after someone else who came in later, likely due to making the mistake of standing near the prescription window and angering i suspect the same person whom has responded to my initial review (with mild sarcasm). I also made the terrible mistake of assuming the person that took my order would also fetch the prescription, i was not politely informed prior to wait for it. It was assumed i would simply know. I was directed toward the prescription window. The basket for customers near the window already had my prescription in it, i watched as someone elses was later put in it and handed out first. Paranoia? A misunderstanding? Ill let others decide, and get what i need elsewhere from now on.

   I have to speak as I find , I've had a problem recently with trying to obtain my medication ... not county pharmacy's fault ... Dr prescribed but pharmacy could not source the medication ... but they liased with my GP and the issue was resolved... Some members of the public are rude ... speak to people how you wish to be spoken to ... they don't have a magic wand ... If you are not happy go to another pharmacy.... you may have to wait longer ....

   Staff are very rude and unhelpful. They didn't offer to deliver during the first and second lockdown and I fall in the vulnerable category where I had to shield. Also had issues where the chemist had misplaced our repeat prescriptions on several occasions because they had stored it under the incorrect surnames! This also happened to other customers in front of me in the queue, who were kept waiting indefinitely. On a couple of occasions the pharmacist spoke about a personal medical condition of mine loud in the chemist in front of other customers! My partner turned up at 12.45 to pick up a prescription and had the door shut in his face because they close for lunch between 1 and 2pm. It wasn't even 1pm. They shouldn't close for lunch we live in the 2020s not the 1950s. Completely incompetent and the staff are rude including the horrid women who work behind the counter. Don't use this place it's a joke!

   Having left County Pharmacy frustrated & dissatisfied on quite a number occasions now, sadly, I feel compelled to write a review of their service. It needs to be stressed that this pharmacy is quite simply appalling! The staff are consistently rude and aloof when asking for advice or for your prescriptions. Indeed, my prescription has been incorrect on at least three separate occasions, with medication that I had not requested (but have previously had on my list in the past) included in with my order. The staff make you feel small as if you are taking up there time by just being there, and I have even had rolled eyes and curt replies simply for asking about my medication. A couple of the females regularly working there make me wonder how on earth they ever landed the job in the first place! The shop itself isn't much better, and doesn't look like it's ever been modernised or even decorated since whenever it was first built (early 70s at a guesstimate?) That might sound harsh, but this combined with consistently sub-standard levels of service does not make for a pleasant experience, & I'm at the stage now where I dread having to go in there; it's awful, and I feel for those elderly locals who aren't able to easily travel elsewhere!
