   I’ve always found AMT to be customer focused, courteous and efficient. The team work well together to provide a really good all round and honest service. Kevin knows his stuff and makes me feel at ease when he gives me the bill…! Always found them to be fair and well priced. They offer simple explanations for the work completed and why, and don’t do anything unless it’s needed. Cannot recommend them enough.

   We went to amt after the car broke down, they gave us a high quote for the repairs and I reluctantly agreed until I realized they did extra repairs I didn’t ask for and charged us more, and we then later found out that about less than a 3rd of the bill was actually the parts, they charged outrageous labour costs and promised the car the next couple days but then ended up needing over a week to repair it, avoid this garage at all costs as they will take advantage.

   First call to this business. My initial contact by phone was very helpful, on arrival I was met by a very friendly and "Can Do" receptionist and my initial issue was rapidly checked and put right at very reasonable cost. A second, unrelated sensor problem was found en-route home and was checked and reset on my return to the garage at no extra cost. The sensor indicated again within 30 minutes and on returning, a further investigation resulted in my having to book the car in next week to identify the fault in detail. All in all a genuinely excellent attitude and response from everyone that I met to my temperamental Volvo. The atmosphere is light hearted, humorous but totally professional, with a "Family" feeling about the place. Nothing is too much trouble for these folk, and I will most certainly use AMT as my "Go To" facility from now on. I thoroughly recommend them.

   I was nervous when I first booked in my car on the phone after bad experiences elsewhere. However, I had been given a recommendation for this garage and so I decided to trust them. It is difficult to find somewhere as a female, where you aren't patronised. The guys at AMT were fantastic. They were very polite, and explained everything using language I could understand- not technical jargon. They checked my car thoroughly to find the issue, and called me to let me know how much the repair would cost. They had to order the parts, but fixed my car the following morning. I will definitely be using them again. They are reasonably priced and deliver great customer service. Thank you Matt and Kevin. (They were the names I know dealt with my car.) It's such a relief to find a garage that is trustworthy. Thank you.

   Have been going to AMT motors for years now! They have always sorted out our cars whenever in need of repair, and Matt always lets us know exactly what the issue is and explains in detail what him and the team at AMT will do to fix the issue(s). We recently have had our Mini Cooper S R56 in for its timing chain replacement earlier this year, then the oil filter housing gaskets and oil cooler seals done a few weeks ago! Both jobs done perfectly! Brilliant team of people up there and although it’s not nice taking your car to get fixed, I actually look forward to going when it needs to be done as the team at AMT Motors are so welcoming! Definitely recommend AMT Motors to anyone!
