   I would have given zero stars if possible. I used the garage as local however stopped as I didn’t have confidence in their work. They fitted new radiator (6 years ago) and since then something wasn’t right and I lost confidence in my car using for local journeys only. I was having gearbox problems and had to be recovered before it was booked into a garage. The crux of the matter was that Efford Service Station fitted a manual radiator in an automatic car joining the cooler pipes together instead of going to the gearbox. Hence the hot oil I was experiencing since they did the radiator. I contacted them and was hugely disappointed in their response, no apology, no ‘hands up we made an error’, just a ‘well it’s your word against mine’ attitude. I thought they may have offered to pay for the new radiator as a good will gesture but an apology would have been enough. Incompetence, unprofessional.

   Top guys, Great stock and fantastic communication! A pleasure all the way through the purchase. Only had the vehicle for a short period but I can say it feels solid. And should I ever have issues within the warranty, I have no doubt Jon will go out of his way to help. When I'm back in the market for a new car I will definitely visit again!

   Had some really tough wheel nuts stuck on my car. The gents down here gave me a massive help getting them loosened for me and were very welcoming and polite at the same time. Very clean yard along with a very smart reception which was very welcoming. Great place!

   Visited to view a vehicle. Met by Jon who was happy to assist and talk us through any questions we had. We didn’t book the visit and just rocked up. He give us a test drive and all was good. No pressure from the staff to buy just support and help. We purchased the vehicle and had a great experience. Overall I would highly recommend this company for any vehicle purchase or maintenance. Very professional team who can’t help you enough.

   I could not reccomed this place enough, Jon is absolutely amazing and i could not thank him enough for how helpful and lovely he has been! Last Thursday (15/09/2022) I had contacted the garage via their online enquiry after finding a vehicle on autotrader! I received a phone call within an hour to book in a test drive for the same day. They are very speedy when it comes to getting in contact! After a successful test drive, I decided that was the car for me and my new family. Jon was absolutely amazing, he took care of me throughout the process. The car needed a few tweaks before he would allow me to take it away, especially with a newborn he was adamant to check the vehicle over himself once the technicians were finished. I picked up my Honda CRV on the (21/09/2022) and I could not be happier! The car itself is immaculate and was valeted to a high standard, definitely don't expect that type of service from an MOT garage! I will definitely be going back to them each year for the MOT!

   Absolutely Outstanding. I feel like I've just bought a car from a friend I've known for years. Jon from Efford Service Station has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from very first contact, right through to my new car sitting on our drive. This man has complete pride in his business and trade. Polite, kind and informative to the highest level. Not once did I feel pressured into any decision making. Jon kept me updated and informed along the way at every stage, and he's still checking in days after our purchase. The complete opposite of a stereotypical salesman. Outstanding service. The incredible amount of passion, care and detail that went into buying my new vehicle from Jon can't be matched anywhere. I now have the car of my dreams sat on my drive, (Audi A6 Black Edition BITDI), it's absolutely perfect and my expectations of what buying a used prestige car may have been, have been blown wide apart with Jon. I don't think I could ever buy a car from anywhere else again, and will certainly be sending recommendations to friends, family and business contacts looking for their next vehicle Jon's way. I don't feel this review even does justice to my customer experience with Jon, but I hope this review at least helps any potential customers decision in whether to make contact that bit easier. Go for it, you wont regret it. Thank you once again Jon.
