   We recently purchased a vehicle from Vehicle Specialist in Plymouth, driven all the way from Leeds primarily because of the excellent service prior to the visit along with the reviews and we were not disappointed. The service we received from Elliot and Tom was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we arrived until the moment we drove away, their approach was simply brilliant. They were incredibly humble, mannered, and genuinely focused on making sure we felt comfortable and confident in our purchase. The only slight disappointment was that Elliot was on leave the day we arrived, so we didn't get the chance to meet him in person and thank him. However, Tom ensured our entire experience was flawless, which really speaks volumes about the consistency and high standards of the whole team. We had visited several other dealerships closer to home, but none came close to providing the level of customer service, transparency, and care that Elliot and Tom offered. They truly set the gold standard for the industry. They ensure that every vehicle is fully serviced and MOT’d before handover. More impressively, they won't let you leave their premises until they are absolutely certain you are completely satisfied with the vehicle. This commitment to customer happiness is rare and highly appreciated. I will definitely be returning to Vehicle Specialist for my next vehicle purchase, regardless of the long journey.    I came to the service department as a result of VW plymouth suggesting that I need to go to either Penzance or Exeter to get a engine warning light on a VW Caddy looked at. The guys here apologised and told me there would be a bit of a wait ...5 days...my local garage needed a month before they could even have a look. I drove over the day before to check where to drop the van as I had to do it out of hours due to work, and was immediately impressed by how clean and tidy the place looked (think Aircraft engineering plant) and was then met with a cheery good morning from a passing technitian who pointed me to reception. Having dropped the offending vehicle off the night before i was called at 09.15 to be told they had identified the fault, the parts cost... and the labour would be... and it should be ready by lunchtime. They then called at 11.45 to tell tell me it was done and ready to collect. I was bowled over by their customer service, professionalism, speed and the standard and quality of the premesis. I note others have gave claimed it is expensive but i found it more than acceptable. Very happy with the service and would be more than happy to recommend them. I should add that I am an old fart albeit with a young groovey van, but have very high expectations for customer service and am delighted to say I was not disappointed here.

   I purchased a 2013 Nissan Juke Nismo from Elliot the sales manager today, I can honestly say he was faultless from start to finish and made the purchasing experience very special for me and my wife. Communication has been great throughout and I would also like to say how spotless the car upon pick up for a 12 year old car it looked showroom fresh so hats off to the chap who valeted, amazing work and prep.    I cannot recommend Specialist Vehicles enough, I bought a lovely GLC 43 from them and Tom and Elliot were amazing in every aspect. The communication and customer help was amazing as well as delivering an excellent vehicle for me. Really appreciate their help and I will definitely be using them again for future purchases!

   I bought a BMW x5 car from these scammers a few months ago and as soon as I left the showroom from them, the engine light came on immediately that something was wrong of course I called right away but they sent me to some cheap garages that didn't help anything I wanted to return the car but of course there was no way to return it all the time they kept lying about calling me back but no one called I SAVE EVERYONE WHO PLANS BUYING A CAR THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE LIKE ME THEY SHOULD CLOSE THE SHOWROOM

   Ive stopped using this garage now as they are hugely overpriced! Got charged £600 for a full service and front brake pads and the response is that they own a million pound garage its ridiculous ! They havent fitted front pads properly and i have proof of this car was badly rubbing and sounded like a rusty wheelbarrow and i said could hear a wheel bearing out but they couldent even find fault if they even looked for it in first place but when i took to another garage they identified and located this whith in 20 mins of me being there and rear wheel bearing is on way out ! thanks for that ! They tryed to say bring car back so they can sort problem but i dont trust there workmanship anymore and will not be returning as have found a garage that agreed the work was poor for the price i paid . Such a shame as really thhought i found a good garage which cost a million pounds . Ive posted on several forum's now about my experience.oh it was £ 650 as they over charged me but i complained and got £ 50 back You are very expensive but maybe u need to get some money back for that million pound garage also the work was very poor on my car brakepads fitted wrong and did ask u to ajust handbrake but its still the same dosent hold the car! the garage down road would of done all work for £ 360 inc parts and labour .anyway you lost a customer now and found a garage that actually cares .
