   Paid £43 for a full set that started falling off within a week. When I went back, I was told their policy only covers 3 days, which doesn’t seem fair for nails meant to last 3–4 weeks. Two nails even bruised my natural nails. Really disappointed with how it was handled.

   Had such a lovely experience today. They were both extremely polite calling me by my name and asking if I wanted a drink etc. The lady was very talkative and gave me exactly what I asked for. She made sure I was happy every step of the way. Would 100% come again.

   Nails were amazing but not for the price honestly me and my sister were happy with the nails but £43 for French tips is mad and the pain of filing is so aggressive my skin was sore for days I recommend this place if u want a complex design but for something simple go to the shop down the street. The shop down the street can give u a design and French tips for only £30 this place couldn't paint a tiny flower without making it £55. Thank you for the nails but lower the dang price I'm not money a maker.

   Rude service, colour doesn’t match what was requested, very basic pedicure and uneven paint colour - can see bobbling. They just want your money; don’t listen to what you asked for and don’t apologise for there mistake In fact she charged us an extra £10 to change the colour: go some where else !!

   The price was good and the final work was well done. However, they made my nails very very quickly being sort of rude (they were so fast and moved my hand crushing the nails on the table, it hurt). You feel like you are not a person but just a number as they just rush to get the work done asap no matter what.

   Got my nails done here yesterday and won’t be going again, showed a picture of what I wanted and asked to add glitter aswell but she never even did and it was too late as she had already started to add the wrong acrylic and the simple nail art I asked for was extremely messy and rushed and looks nothin like the picture as the lines are too thin and the colours are off and no where near as vibrant baring in mind I had to pay £45?? Could’ve got it done way better and way cheaper somewhere else

   Charged me £45 for a set of basic acrylics that are £33 and didn’t tell me she was using a ‘special powder’ until she had already done my nails so there was nothing I could do about it. My friend had recommended this place to me as that’s the price she pays for the same nails and had said that the same woman had tried to scam her like this before. Do not recommend!

   I’ve used the salon multiple times (with and without appointment) and always have been serviced promptly and advised if any delays are to occur (obviously when busy and turning up without an appointment you should expect some delay but that’s common sense). The result has always been more than satisfactory…for a very picky customer like me :)
