Been comming since they 1st opened! Nvr had a problem always amazing staff and nails! Always recommend them to everyone! Keep up the good work guys! Happy new year xx
£12 to take gel nail varnish off! I felt robbed!! They don’t soak the nails either, they use their tool to sand it off so it takes two minutes and wrecks your nails more. No trimming the nails after or a protective clear coat on them. Definitely won’t be going back!
Possibly the worst customer service I’ve encountered. They point blank refused to do my infills and they said they would only do a new set for me, even though I’d recently had a new set, that was done by the same lady. I’ve been going here for months and I definitely will not be returning. The same will go for my daughter and mum who were also regular customers. I ended up at the nail shop a few doors down who was lovely! They said I wasn’t ready for a new set and I only needed infills. Her customer service was excellent. Definitely won’t be returning to Paris nails.
I wanted to get my nails done for my holiday to Spain and thought I’d go for an aura nails. I showed them the photo and they said they didn’t have the colours. At the end I got the colours so I’m not sure if I understood them or not. The photo I showed them and the end result are totally different and I’m so disappointed they made me lay before and it cost me £50! My friend got her nails done but they buffed it so much that it slanted her nails!!!! Here are the photos
Avoid. I’ve been coming here for 3 years despite the reviews and the staff not being particularly friendly. Yet today when I went in the owner was especially rude, not even a hello, tried to charge me up front without even asking and just shoving a card machine in my face. When I asked about student discount, which I have gotten every time, she did not reduce any amount from the price and just kept repeating the price rather than attempting to explain why. I decided to go elsewhere. The fact that this salon has been virtually empty every time I’ve been is telling.
I have been coming to this salon since it opened and I have had nothing but great vibes from this place. I get what I ask for and I am always pleased with what I have gotten. I have bad anxiety when asking for designs I’d like and I would say “Can I have this design? If you can’t do it that’s fine I can look for something else” but they have always been able to do it. The designs I think are hard are easy for the staff and I appreciate them saying “It’s ok I can do this design” with a smile. I haven’t been anywhere else since coming here as I haven’t had the best customer experience with other places. Thank you to all the staff x
They really need to fix their attitude towards brown/black people. Clearly racist, I have had my nails done here a few times and every encounter they have been super rude. Don’t even say hello on arrival, but to others they say hello instantly and are nice? They don’t do what you ask for, you ask for square they give you rounded coffin? They rush their work and will have you sitting on the chair for 30 mins before even coming over to work on you. The owner is a very rude lady and needs to fix her attitude. She will grab your hand and start talking about you to the other works infront of you making it obvious she is doing that. I have been in the shop a few times when they have been arguing with customers as customers aren’t happy with the service. Maybe I’m wrong but I feel that they are racist as I have seen them treat black/brown girls differently to others. Will not be going back. Oh and also they charge a different price Everytime I go there.
I don’t get my nails done regularly , I will NEVER get my nails done here again . I have never come across such rude People . Expecting cash up front before you’ve been seen and lieing about the wait time . The owner is so rude and abrupt to certain customers . I was indecisive about my nail colour because I’m not used to getting them done , she rudely announced it in the shop no need to try and intimidate people . After visiting the 2nd time my middle nail fell of after 2 weeks . When I returned to the shop I was told nothing is guaranteed after 3 days and was asked to pay for a nail . Out of principal I would not pay . Absolutely shocking customer. Everything is rushed from the minute you walk through the door . Clearly the amount of customers they see in one day is a lot more important than customer service . AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
