   I had an issue with my driver side window not opening and closing around Christmas. The team booked me in as soon as possible and sorted the issue out for me. A couple months later, something was rattling in my door; they kindly fixed the issue and did it free of charge. I can't thank the team enough, very generous.

   TLDR: Competitive price, welcoming and professional, family run business. 5 minutes drive from city centre. Trying to use better my time due to the (bad) weather during summer break at Plymouth. Quick check to replace 4 brand new tyres on a Mercedes SUV. Locals with knowledge told me to check Rob Autos. I've done that. I was going to replace the tyres brand and type, Rob explained why I shouldn't do that, gave me a quotation and the times slot. A cheeky check online and it was comparable and competitive against the well known chain garages. Very happy with everything: price, professionalism and look of the space (tiddy and organised). I will try to fit other jobs when I'm down in Plymouth.
