   Bought second hand car from RH, Darren in sales was amazing. Minor issue with rear wiper motor, fixed with no problems by the very helpful garage team. Amy on reception was fantastic, great customer service. Thankyou all :) Would recommend!

   They were very helpful to me and my son today. He was due to take his driving test and we found out the brake lights were not working on the car. We only had 1 hour and 20 mins to get things sorted. Although we managed to source another car they were willing to have a go and fix the car for us. Can't thank you enough for your help it was really appreciated. Unfortunately he failed the test right on the last roundabout!!!

   I recently had my cars MOT and couldn't believe how much they had tried to scam me of! Quoted over £600 for a couple of things which was apparently immediately dangerous. Took my car to an independent garage which I trust because it did not sound right as ive experienced no problems with my car, re MOTd my car to tell me that the work that needed doing was not as serious as it made out or was going to cost me the silly price they gave me! PLEASE do NOT take your car for it's MOT here even if it is free with purchase!!! Im glad I've only had to pay £35 to my independent garage and have it pass it's MOT rather than being conned of £600+ for work that wasn't needed in the first place!

   Shocking! Had my car 3 days went to them for them to turn it off. Speed was not right got told it was a small engine. Oil light then came on all within 3 months got told unless they see can’t do anything about it. Oil light was on for 6 months with me continuously going to them. Broke down in January 2024 with my oil light and engine light coming on. They told me my warranty is not going to cover it as it is only 1000 and a new engine is a lot more. They told me they don’t do engine work, it is now almost april and my car is still broken in the garage. My garage have said I have over filled my oil ( I don’t even know where my oil goes).

   We bought a car from Russell Ham and was happy with the purchase. Included in the price was 2 years free MOTs and Services. When it came to the first one recently, we took the car in and within a short while they called to say that it had failed its MOT and why. It sounded strange to me as I know a bit about cars, so I said not to worry I have someone that can do it for us as RH would have charge about £200 to have this fixed. I took the car to another place where we always go and 3 different mechanics had a look. All 3 of them did not agree with RH and even showed me under the car that everything was in place. They retested the car and it passed its MOT with no problem. Whether RH thought I don't know anything about cars and they can take me for a ride or if they try and make back the money for the free MOTs/Services I don't know, but I do know that we will not be going back for our 2nd free MOT and Service.

Both times I have had my mot and service it has been done in a great professional manner and would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
