   So far only two cleanings, and they were professional and punctual. The cleaning lady doesn't speak English but she works hard and does everything you ask. No need to show her. I liked the sms reminder before they arrived and email receipts. Great.

   Please do not use this company. Although the cleaners are very good, they don’t speak English, so I was unable to co-ordinate diaries with the cleaner or the company. It took 3 weeks to try and arrange the same cleaner and they couldn’t tell me if or when she would be available. Cleaning was then cancelled on the morning, whilst I was waiting for her arrival; and no one informed me the cleaner would not be coming. A cleaner was also sent out when they weren’t booked in. There’s no way to cancel, reschedule or request the same cleaner on their automated email system.

   Avoid at all costs! I have been getting cleaners for decades! I’ve used this company for a month for a weekly clean! The service was terrible.. first time was ok but it has gotten over the last few weeks! Scratched surfaces! Today - the agent called me mid service and threatened me saying I have to pay the £32 else the cleaner will not leave! A it’s a £1.5 million apartment so £32 is going to be paid as it was the last few times! They don’t speak English at all and cleaning is a terrible standard! Go to a nice professional team! This is not it! Also now reading reviews! When I asked why the same cleaner as last time has not been sent I was told they had an accident! They seem to use this a lot! Rude unprofessional and a head ache we don’t need in our lives!

   Fraud alert beware !! I had booked a cleaning service for end of tenancy and paid a deposit to Mr. Dimitijis. He asked me to pay it into his personal account which I though was strange. On the day of the cleaning no one showed up and they didn’t even send a replacement for that day, he said the person had an accident ( ok that’s not good ) he suggested the cleaning to be done for some other day or a refund . I chose the refund as I was left with a deadline and had to find another person. I have tried to contact him but he’s not responding it’s been over a week and no response from him. Please refunded the amount. I will have to report you if you do not respond within 24hrs.

   Absolutely amazing! Booked them last minute and they delivered. The lady who was sent to me, was also amazing! Didn’t have to tell her much, she came and got on with. Definitely will be booking more often.
