   I book my car in yearly at Richmond for an MOT as a reliable customer at what was a reliable garage. Booked in for an MOT today at 10am and arrived to find they are closed. No message or call to advise of this. Will not be booking in or using this garage again and will look elsewhere for somewhere that will provide a reliable service. Luckily I have left enough time to rebook, but someone else may not have!

   Booked in for an MOT today. One job needed doing that they did immediately (after calling me to check) and car was ready for collection in less than two hours after I dropped it off. Very reasonable charges, excellent service. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

   They put in the wrong light bulb that messed with all my lights , some how it still passed it’s mot after ? Only take cash? I never took it back to them to get fixed that is why I know they messed with my bulbs . I can’t say it was done on purpose but it should not have passed

   Would not recommend this garage AT ALL! Called to book in with this garage and offered to explain the issue, was told “they didn’t need that just bring it down”. Took time off work, out of my day to drop the car down to be called only an hour later to say they were refusing to touch my car because “the job is a bit tricky” and “would be a nightmare to fit”. Not sure if it’s just laziness or the workers just aren’t trained properly, as having looked online this should have been a pretty simple job for a trained mechanic? Absolute time wasters.
