   Total cowboys have done dodgy work leading me to have to go back at least twice and they still couldn't get the job right plus they charged for parts they didn't provide,they cost me hundreds and it still isn't right.

   Had to return today with my van as the original repaired clutch fault turns out to be a little more complicated. However, I wanted to say that this garage is lovely. The staff are all friendly, professional, and helpful. The person who has done the work on the vehicle is always called to explain what's been done and is happy to talk through the issues. I really appreciate the customer focused attitude of these guys.

   Used Station Garage on 20th December 2023 after being worried by my gears being funny. The service received was perfect - friendly, calming and kind! I was so pleased by this garage being able to fit me in so close to Christmas - so much so that I hope to use them for everything my little car needs in the future. Fantastic service!    This garage is great, I’m a visitor to Cornwall from London for family affairs. My car had a wheel bearing issue which needed doing before heading back. Of 6 garages I rang, one of which was the main Jaguar dealer, Station Garage were the only ones that quite happily sourced a genuine part, fitted it in regardless of their own busy schedule, and on top of that gave us a courtesy car to use at no extra cost as we were back and forth to a hospital from Saltash to the City (Plymouth). All completed within a day and a half. Car is safe & back to normal. Zoe was great on the phone with updates etc. Thank you so much to all at Station Garage in Saltash

   This is the best mechanic for the entire of Devon and Cornwall. No job is too small. Great prices with a friendly service that has fixed our cars for the last 15 years or more. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. No nonsense straight talking. NEVER does work without checking first.
