   Not all car sales are the same! I came across Hatt quite by accident if I am honest. After being seriously let down by a very large on line car sales company (car broke down on the way to be delivered!) I thought my hunt for the right car would take forever, but I had decided to take the risk and buy from a local(ish) company. During my search I found that Chris at Hatt had just the car I was looking for, and he would take my very well looked after car as a trade in, so meeting and test drive booked. On arrival, on a very wet day, aren't they all in Cornwall, we took the car for a drive. The old saying was mentioned 'never buy a car in the rain', but on this occasion I am glad I did as it identified a leak on the front screen. Chris was quick to jump on it and get it fixed. Car was purchased on the day. Car was delivered by his Dad, who my daughter said was so nice and reminded her of her late Granddad, which was very sweet! So, in summary, not all car sales are the same, Chris was a pleasure to deal with and 'Dad; is obviously a top bloke, so go on, buy with confidence!

   Away on holiday and had an issue where all headlights had failed, asked if they would be able to take a look as nearest garage I could find. Without an appointment was told to just bring it in. Within 15 minutes everything was fixed and the charge was nominal, exceptional service, Top Hatt!!

   We would give 6 stars if we were able! So impressed with the wonderful service we were given after our motorhome broke down at Saltash Services on Thursday evening as we were on our way to St Austell for our holiday. We were able to park on the garage forecourt overnight so that we were in situ for the morning. The part was ordered at 6pm on Thursday, it came in at 8.30am on Friday morning and had been fitted by 9.30am. Thank you so much to the friendly, helpful and efficient staff.
