   Just had the suspension completely redone at TRM AUTOMOTIV and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team Tim Lisa and Joe were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do.    These guys did a remap on our T5 and the difference is incredible. As they had to keep our vehicle an extra day, they were kind enough to deliver their courtesy vehicle to our home so my wife didn't have to walk to work in the dark. Excellent service! Thanks again!

   Tim came to the rescue when our VW campervan developed an electrical fault 24 hrs before leaving for a road trip in Europe on our honeymoon! He was recommended to us by the local VW campervan group as we aren't locals. He was so helpful & knowledgeable, a real professional, passionate about what he does & offering great customer service. He identified the fault, located a supplier that had the part in stock which in itself was a miracle and got us back on the road for a very reasonable price. Ably assisted by the very sweet Kittypoo! We're always nervous about entrusting our van to a new garage but Tim was brilliant and we would highly recommend TRM.
