   Alford's are my 'go to' for my car, whether for the routine services and MOT or if something feels off I feel welcome to pop in and ask for help. Nicola is great as a front of house and everything is always well managed. I think the pricing is very fair and I trust them with my car.    5 star service, excellent communication with clear honest and reliable advice. My car broke down recently and I had it towed to Alfords. The receptionist was outstanding at keeping us informed of the issue and the efforts she had made to get the parts needed. While they were clearly very busy (the sign of a good garage) they did everything they could to fit us in before our holiday, with one mechanic offering to stay late in an effort to get the job completed on time. I never write reviews but I was so impressed at the efforts made by everyone I spoke to I wanted to acknowledge a job well done!
