I went to Retrofit Southwest today for a modification to raise the heat on my Audi Q5 steering wheel, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The workshop itself is spotless and well-equipped, and everyone there was friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. Communication was excellent throughout — everything was explained clearly, and the work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Highly recommend them for any retrofit or custom work — they clearly take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be back for future upgrades!

I recently visited Retrofit to get dashcams fitted in my Audi, and while I was on my way there, my spoiler got stuck. They not only installed the dashcams professionally but also quickly diagnosed and fixed the spoiler issue on the spot. The service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend
Fantastic service from Retrofit Southwest, they were really helpful via email and I booked my VW Up in for some work a few weeks later. On arrival the premises was bright and modern, friendly staff and the workshop was immaculate. Everything was carried out with the minimum of fuss, great care was taken of my car and I'm really pleased with the end result. Highly recommended.

Great price and customer service. Although it was a 400 mile round trip for me the price on getting a genuine audi part (cruise control) was way cheaper then a lot of aftermarket solutions which aren't just as good. Would highly recommended!
I requested Retrofit South West to fit both a tracker and immobiliser in one car and a reversing camera in the other. They completed both these jobs in one afternoon only 1 week after the request. The attention to detail of their work is second to none! Being an engineer myself and know good work when I see it. Automotive electronics are a dark art and require careful modification. Retrofit South west have mastered this. After the installation Jamie took the time to go over the system and how it works and made sure I was 100% happy. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Yeah definitely in fact after seeing their work I probably wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the south west. Keep it up Jamie !
