Emma is brilliant, both personality and job wise. Emma does an amazing job, is attentive, calming, funny and reassuring. Beautiful, clean room. Treats you like a human, not a price tag, which I have found with others I have used before. Avaliable parking at Lidl and on a main road so easy to find and get to. Highly recommended!! Update (08/07/25): I am still seeing Emma every month (for over 4 years) for treatments and I am still as happy as I was then! I have also very recently tried a Vajacial with a Hollywood wax a go with Emma and I felt like my pubic area felt it had had a deep massage and was so relaxed! No spots, so soft and got rid of a few ingrowing hairs! Happy customer since 2021!
Emma was super professional and knowledgeable. I was nervous as I was getting a Brazilian and still fairly new to it, but Emma created a very safe space and explained everything she was doing. The aftercare advice went beyond any I've ever received and was hugely appreciated for someone like me who likes to understand a bit more.
Emma has a lovely cosy beauty room, I felt very comfortable during my treatment. I had a lash lift and loved the results. Very attentive and professional. Will be going back for more treatments.

Emma is very professional. She knows what she is doing and made me feel very comfortable in her clean room. I will not let anyone else wax me, not very painful. Also had nails done and Emma has a very good selection of colours which I struggled to choose from. Highly recommended
