   I had a very disappointing experience using hair and co for the first time. Before my appointment I had called in to book and pay a deposit. This deposit was £40 and I was advised that on the day I would be paying £85 after the appointment which I have in writing. On the day I arrived and the stylist started doing my hair. Throughout the appointment more clients arrived and the stylist had to split her time between myself and other clients. Eventually, having to call other workers in the hairdressers to come and help her with my hair. When my appointment was finished I went to pay my agreed remaining £85 and this is when I was advised it would now be £108 even though I had written proof of the agreed £85. The reason for this was due to an extra product used in my hair, which I was not advised on, asked if I would like this product used or agreed to use this and pay the extra money. I had no choice but to pay the extra rate I was given. When I left the hairdressers I also realised that my hair was cut to two different lengths and this was visibly noticeable. The colour we had agreed on was also not the same and there was no communication throughout the process about the difference. I had asked for balayage which would be my natural brown colour with blonde throughout however the top of my hair was a ginger/copper colour. If the colour process I had asked for could not be reached I feel I should have had communication on this, instead I feel like the stylist just hoped I wouldn’t notice it was different. I can only put all this down to the fact the hair stylist was trying to do more than one client and eventually there was two different people working on my hair. I am very disappointed in the service I received and the lack of communication throughout my appointment. I would not recommend this salon to anyone else and will not be returning.

   I feel like me again! From the warm welcome when you arrive to the moment you leave, Hair and Co were just amazing. It started with a very informative and indepth colour consultation then... I had the most relaxing hair wash, masque with warm towel and massaging chair experience. Sarah knows colours so so well, she is friendly and warm and very easy to chat to! I am beyond delighted with the results and cannot wait till January. Thank you all

   I felt so welcomed by everyone in the salon, hair & co has such a warm and inviting atmosphere nothing like any other salon experience I have had before, the girls who are doing there training/placement where able to assist with my hair and they seem to be getting the most out of there training which is always great to see, they also where the kindest ever offering me great customer service things such as offering me a drink and making sure the water temperature was okay for me. I left the salon today feeling more confident than ever in myself all thanks to Lynsey who done my hair to the T!!. Lynsey was fully honest and really helpful with advice on how to care for my hair properly, she made me feel comfortable and talked me through every step of each treatment. I can’t even put in to words how grateful I am for how my experience was, 100% a 10/10 salon and will definitely be my number 1 go to from now on.

   Today I had my first appointment at this beautiful salon. I have just moved a considerable distance and had to find a new hairdresser after being with my previous one for 25 years. Lynsey made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door, her knowledge instilled me full of confidence, so I gave her free reign to do whatever colour she wished and whatever cut she wanted. I was absolutely delighted with the results and have been told by friends and family, it's the best my hair has looked in years. I would highly recommend this salon, I thought is was well priced, the staff were all friendly and I came away feeling like I'd had a lovely day out. A great experience.

   We get such lovely service at your salon. Elsa (and me) are always greeted like valued customers and considering its only a dry trim every 8 (or more) weeks, its lovely. The fab service starts at reception (I should know her name, as we've been coming in so long) right through to whoever offers us a cuppa. Professional but so very friendly! Kelly is awesome, chats away with elsa and makes her feel 100% comfortable. Tailoring the cut the past few times, as she's a bit older. Elsa loves coming in. We cant thank you enough x

   Really lovely salon. Everyone was so friendly & a lovely atmosphere. Saw Lisa initially for colour consultation, offered great advice & was so friendly. I was fitted in the following day with Saskia. Really friendly, listened & did everything I asked. Colour turned out beautiful. Was given extra treatments to prolong colour & repair hair etc. products smelt amazing & all natural too. Delighted with hair cut & colour. Lovely girl & great hair stylist. Will definitely be back.
