   Dropped in asked if I could have my hair cut by the school only to be told to take a seat as the Tudors where no back from lunch 45 mins later a Tudor came and told me they can not do my hair as they had no spaces their was no one waiting and the young girl students where all sitting around chatting. And one combing a dummy head of hair another playing with her own ponytail and another two sitting chatting the Tudor was very uprupt. More a refusal than saying they couldn't fit me in the rudeness and the looks I got was like I was dirt so unprofessional. I went to a professional salon and had a lovely cut no way would I ever recommend hair traffic the rude service is uncalled for

   The process felt rushed and the result is unfortunately very poor. I am left with a completely uneven and choppy haircut. Did not realize just how bad it was until I saw myself outside the salon, and I am quite horrified to be completely honest. Would not recommend.

   Amazing day! Got a fresh set of gel extensions by Ryan. She went above and beyond by helping with colour choice, taking her time with the design and double-checking that I liked each step. She is a real credit to the training school and I cannot wait to see where she goes.

   Been going here for years and tgey are all a Fantastic team of Hairdressers! All the Ladies at the school side are lovely, friendly and give great advice on style and colour! Beautitions upstairs are brilliant too!

   first time haircut lovely went back a second time and omg butchered ,not even ,scissor marks and not even the same style hairdryer threw about a few times and thats it no finish gown off straight to till ive cried everyday since its like a mans haircut defo not be back rachel

   Walk in client. Asked for a trim, agreed to take one inch off length. Trainee kept making mistakes and ended up having to cut more off to even it out. Ended up going from medium-long hair to a bob!!!!! Haircut was still uneven. Had to cut away missed areas myself at home and book elsewhere for a recut. The whole process took less than 20mins and everyone was generally rude and seemed like they were annoyed that you even came in.

   Went here for hair cut.the girl that cut my hair was lovely.but it looked no different.she took the least we bit off it.and as soon as it was cut she took the apron off me and left and went up to the counter as i wear glasses i could not see it properly until i put my glasses on.so i did,ent even have the chance to ask her to take a bit more of it.plus for £27 plus tip i would have expected her to put some hair spray on my hair but i was,nt even asked if i want it.
