   Last Wednesday afternoon I couldn't get my key fob to work and so couldn't start up my car. I needed to drive upcountry that evening. My breakdown service told me that this request was not covered on my policy and so couldn't help me. The local locksmith said they couldn't deal with cars, only house locks. I was desperate as time had run onto 16:40 hrs I have my car serviced at Riverside garage and so rang them. Despite it being late in the day, they immediately responded. They rang me back and the key fob problem was resolved in minutes and I was able to start the car up and travel upcountry as planned. I am so grateful for the immediate response that I got from Riverside garage. Their customer care is first class as always. Thank you.

   I have known David at Riverside Garage for a number of years and he and his team are absolutely amazing. Recently some of the amber warning lights on my VW Tiguan intermittently kept appearing on my dashboard and then consequently remained on constantly with the ABS being the main worry and the car handbrake would not engage automatically. David being a true professional and very knowledgable Engineer immediately took my vehicle resolved the causes of the problem and repaired it. A few years ago I used to drive a Volvo S60 which was going through tyres at the speed of light it was a mystery why they were wearing so quickly but David through his incredible persistence and not give up attitude eventually solved it. Above all the team are 100% honest pleasant and you will never get ripped off. Definitely the best garage in Cornwall and probably the UK. Well done David for getting the car sorted promptly and giving me peace of mind for my forthcoming trip to Swansea this coming weekend.

   This is about the only garage I trust in the area, they are a team of very knowledgeable and caring staff, never try to add things on, if it's faulty or they feel it's going to cause a problem, they always contact you and give you the option of having it done or how long they think it will last. Highly recommended.
