The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel completely at ease. The massage itself was excellent. The therapist had exceptional skills and tailored the treatment to suit my needs. Every detail, from the pressure to using high-quality oils, was thoughtfully considered. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, with all my tension and stress melting. Clearly, the Adore Me Beauty team truly cares about their clients and goes above and beyond to ensure a five-star experience. They were very nice and the place is clean and welcoming, however, my nail polish chipped within 2 hours of getting my nails done. The girl who did my nails told me it was gel, so it was safe to do anything without harming the polish. I only took a shower and the nail polish is already falling apart. I'm pretty dissapointed, as I hear good things about this place, plus for £28 I would expect them to last at least 1 day.
I called in 2 days before a wedding hoping the girls could help me out. They were fully booked but (I think it was Toni) moved things about & squeezed me in. I felt so comfortable during my treatment & I would highly recommend these ladies. Always spotless & such a calm environment.
Amazing! Customer service was so good, the ladies were so lovely. My nails also look so gorgeous and they were really helpful in helping choose a nice colour. Definitely would recommend
