   I was kindly given a £50 gift voucher to use at L Beauty. I've never been before so wasn't sure what to expect. I went online to review what to choose - so many lovely treatments to pick from! I chose the neck and back massage and paid my deposit online using my gift voucher. Really easy to do and paid the final payment on the day of my treatment. Arrived a few minutes early and shown into the room. Becky explained the process and left me to prepare for my massage. Absolutely loved every minute. The massage was very relaxing and at a perfect pressure. Becky was lovely to chat to, answering all of my questions, but feel she would have been quiet if that's what I preferred. I felt very relaxed when I left, and will definitely be back! All the staff I encountered were really friendly and professional and made me feel extremely welcome as a new client. It was good to hear that they do bookings into the evenings too as it's difficult for me to attend during the daytime. Would absolutely recommend the massage. Thank you.

   I had Sam for a Environ facial, and I must say it's one of the best facials that I have had. My favourite part Is the cool mask which is applied, very closely followed by the shoulder massage which is part of the same treatment. The pressure she applied was perfect! Sam is wonderful and very talented at all aspects of work. I would DEFINITELY recommend this treatment!
