   Brilliant, helpful and friendly garage. I've got an intermittent creak at the front of my car and Cliff (owner) told us to come in on three different days at 5pm while he tried to work out what it was. In the end it was the front ball joints and Cliff oiled them using his own equipment from home and didn't charge me for his time!! Amazing service and such wonderful people, I don't feel like 'just another customer' or awkward because I'm a woman. Fantastic garage, keep it up Cliff and Co.

   I was recommended to try Pengelly Garage by a neighbour, and I do like a recommendation. I called with a problem of a stone trapped under the car that was rattling around and needed removing. The owner Cliff straight away put the car on a ramp, sorted the problem and sent us on our way.... no charge! Very heartening in this day and age. Did drop in a couple of packets of biscuits to say thanks. Have used the garage a few times since. Always get sound advice and the work done is to a great standard. Everyone I've spoken to about the garage has a good word about Cliff and his work. The garage itself has a very "old school" feel, but I like that. Give them a try, I wasn't disappointed.

   Having a 23 year old daughter who's mot was due to run out today, left us in a tricky position especially as she is moving back up country this weekend. After ringing around, only to find everyone fully booked until into next week, we spoke to cliff and he quite literally bent over backwards to ensure the car was mot'd before the end of the week. Incredibly though, he not only managed to squeeze the mot in, but, also fixed the neccesary bits that needed doing so that the car would pass with flying colours. Cliff and your team at pengelly Garage, you have a superb rating and its so very well deserved. We can't thank you enough for fitting us into your very busy schedule. We are very very happy and appreciate your efforts immensely.

   Cliff came to my rescue and I could not be more grateful. Vehicle towed to garage over weekend by the RAC after failing to work out what the issue was. And although these guys already had work lined up they got my car repaired and replaced the starter motor within 24hrs! From now on, this is only one garage I'll be using, knowledge is second to none. Well done team Pengelly, see you again for my service and MOT.
