   I brought my car to Polyne Garage to fix a specific issue, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of repairing the actual problem, they carried out unrelated work and charged me thousands of pounds. Despite the cost, the original issue remained unresolved. Now that the same problem has returned, they refuse to take responsibility or offer any sort of fix. I feel completely ripped off. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this garage. They seem far more interested in making money than providing honest or effective service.

   I wouldn't use this garage again. Claim to fit top quality parts, then found out they had used reconditioned part on my vehicle. My vehicle broke down on holiday. They repaired it vehicle broke down again on the way home had to be recovered by RAC. This garage wanted me to get the faulty parts taken off and return the parts to them. I was then told IF the parts were faulty they would replace them. I'm some 300 miles away from this garage, They did not say anything about who would pay for all of this to happen, they could only argue and say if the parts were faulty they would sort it out. The RAC report told them that the parts were faulty. But they still didn't want to replace the parts untill I had sent them back to them for testing. In the end as I had paid by American Express I put in a complaint and got my money refunded. As I say don't use this garage for anything.

   Not impressed with this garage one bit! Had a very simple job to be completed and still could not complete it correctly. I was given false information regarding the fuel system. After taking my van to an alternative garage I was told that it was something completely different and cost less than half the price that what polyne quoted. Van has been good as gold since taking it to the other garage. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!

   Very pleased with the work. Informative, quick, genuine parts, genuine conversation and cost was less than quoted as the part was a little cheaper than they had been quoted. Already booked to return for MOT. Wish I had been aware of them earlier!
