Had a lovely relaxing facial with Laura this afternoon. A lovely therapist, from start to finish.

I went for a hot stone massage at Radiance Belfast. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. The masseuse was overly talkative throughout the session, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I had significant pressure in my back, and the massage ended up being a mix of hot stone and traditional techniques. After the treatment, I experienced severe pain and had to go straight to bed. The next morning, I woke up with worsening neck mobility. The massage took place on Good Friday, and by Easter Monday and Tuesday, I was in tears from the pain and had very limited movement in my neck. I contacted the salon as soon as they reopened on Wednesday. Unfortunately, I was met with a highly unempathetic receptionist who quickly ended the call, saying someone would get back to me. I had simply called to ask if I should go to A&E, as I had already been using ibuprofen and heat patches to try and ease the pain. When the owner called me back, I was shocked by her abrupt and dismissive attitude. She proceeded to diagnose me over the phone, claiming I had an underlying health issue or that I had simply βslept on it wrong.β I found this completely inappropriate, as I was just looking for some guidance. Instead, I was told to seek physiotherapy at my own expenseβdespite already having paid Β£65 for a treatment that completely ruined my Easter holidays and caused physical injury. The owner later asked me to update her on my situation, which felt insincere given the way I had been treated. I was made to feel like just another customer, with no real concern for my wellbeing, and her attempt to assign blame to an undiagnosed health issue without any medical qualification was both unprofessional and condescending. I have since seen a physiotherapist, who confirmed that I have acute muscle damage caused by the massage. I need eight massages as a result of the treatment. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The service and duty of care were unacceptable. I will not be returning to Radiance Belfast, and I cannot in good faith recommend them to others.

I had a fabulous treatment with Nicole. She was very professional in her work and made me feel very relaxed while carrying out my treatment. From stepping into the nice clean salon environment, I felt right at home as constantly being offered refreshments. From start to finished I always feel welcome and great meeting those smiling faces from the ladies at the reception desk.

Girls on the desk need to be trained to use the till. It's a nice place and facial was lovely . They need a receptionist who can manage their desk better. Just to add my name is not castles . I've been in three times this year and every time the staff on reception have been just random staff. I enjoyed my facials but when you go to pay it's like no one knows how to work the till. I think this is constructive as maybe you'll employ someone who can answer the phone and take your money professionally.

Had a great experience in radiance yesterday. The salon itself is exquisite and all the staff members were so attentive. I had the new radio frequency treatment and my face and neck are glowing this morning. Canβt wait to use my new products. Will be back again soon. Cannot recommend highly enough

Bought two product and one had to be ordered in, I paid for both the creams on the day of a treatment for Β£86 after after spending Β£75 on a facial, they took my details to ring me when it was in and still have not received it. Phoned them a few times to be told it still wasnβt there. I had forgot about it as it was a while and when I did ring again aparently they had no record of this. I paid Β£26 for a cream that I never received. Poor customer services. Donβt pay for anything until you receive your products!!!! Also bought my mother a gift card for a 1 hour full body massage and a 15 min facial witch was Β£49 when she went to use it they had put their price up witch to Β£65 witch means she had to pay a further Β£16. Do not recommend there is better, more reasonable and honest salons out there! Also Iβm using my partners phone for this reviewβ¦

This is my first visit and it won't be my last! Excellent customer service. When I arrived on crutches they went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable at all times. My therapist was professional and extremely talented. I can't remember the last time I had a pedicure as good. Very friendly salon with car parking outside the premises. Opening hours to suit everyone. Prices extremely competitive and I would highly recommend this salon and can't wait to return
