   Booked and had confirmation for two appointments of nails. Got there and said we weren’t on the system and could only take one of us. No attempt to take both nor much apology even though it was their flaw. Wouldn’t recommend as first time customers.

   I've been going for some years and most of the hairstylists were great. Since the closures of 2 of the salons I find I am trying to avoid some of the remaining hairstylists. I think management have tried to be amenable when there has been an admin error or when I haven't been able to make an appointment myself.

   I’ve had a terrible experience as a first time customer. Attended to have my hair dyed, 2 hrs did not take then 2nd attempt for 2 hrs didn’t take. Had to rebook so another 4 hrs and I’ve ended up with damaged scalp/hair and patchy dark brown hair nothing like what I wanted done. Attended to have it fixed only to be told that I would have to pay and they still would not be able to give me the colour I wanted for the effort. Incidentally whilst awaiting for my 1st apt the girl before me was being rebooked as she had given her red hot roots on dark hair! so I’m £29 light, 8 hours gone, on medication for my scalp, my hair is breaking with a colour like I’ve did a poor at home dye…..disgusting! They told me I would have to pay to get it fixed and they would not refund…..DO NOT PREPAY FOR COLOUR IN CASE YOU HAVE ISSUES JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
