    Slightly uncomfortable atmosphere in the salon. The lady who styled my hair came across as quite rude and passive aggressive. She didn't seem to speak to other less senior staff members very nicely. Unfortunately, my hair fell out of the pins very quickly and the curls dropped.

    My daughter went to have her hair done the stylist was rude from start to finish made my daughter feel really uncomfortable some stuff she was doing was very unprofessional and when daughter phoned manager to complain they refused a refund and was also rude wouldn’t even let her speak let’s just say I’ll be taking this further and would advise you to go elsewhere and avoid this salon at all costs nobody seems to know how speak to customers or deal with an issue in a professional manner think staff need better training and also manager could do with training on how she speaks to people

    Terrible experience. Booked in for a half head of foils and cut. I was in the salon over four hours. First of all the staff all behave like they couldn’t be bothered and have no interest in their clients at all. The girl doing my hair had no idea about colour or toners to use and kept referring to a senior stylist which didn’t fill me with confidence. I was then left sitting for hours in-between my colour and cut. My toner was also left in for over 45 minutes which should only be left for a period of 5-10. My colour is extremely patchy and not at all what I asked for. My cut was then rushed and my hair is left two different lengths on either side. They tried to fit far too many clients in at a time and therefore do not pay much attention to each client as an individual or what they are doing. Definitely more training in hair and customer service required. 1 star is being kind.

    Called ahead and asked for an appointment. Was told 11.45am. Arrived at that time and stood at the desk and no one came over! Took a seat and then a few mins later a girl asked my name and walked away. 40 minutes later I was still waiting. I would expect a wait if I just called in or even 10/15 mins with an appointment but not 40 minutes. Being on my lunch break I had to leave without getting my hair cut.

    My daughter and myself got foils done, the girls where short staffed , this was not a problem to them, they are friendly and very good at their job will deffo be back

    No appointment needed, you just wait for your turn. Very skilled hair colourists and cutters. No queue this Covid Friday. They cut men's hair as well. Another person there at the same time, went out looking $1 million and I went out feeling the same. Try them!
