Ive been going to Chic for a few years now and could not fault them in the slightest. The only hairdressers I've ever felt so comfortable in. Erin is amazing at what she does, my nails are always done to the hightest standard and Jacqui just knows exactly what to do with my hair everytime and I couldn't ask for more. She's brilliant. They are always so attentive and make you feel like part of the Chic family. I always leave with a smile on my face and now my little girl gets to enjoy it just as much as me!

This is definitely a one stop shop for all your beauty needs!! I go to Erin for biab nails, eyebrows and makeup and she is the best, such a perfectionist. Services are reasonably priced and all the girls are lovely. Charlene did my hair for my wedding - a colour, cut and up do and it was absolutely stunning, would 100٪ recommend xx

Been going to chic since it opened! The staff are all amazing and so patient. Lovely bunch of girls and my hair is always the way I want it. Charlene also done my wedding hair, 5 bridesmaids, 2 mums & another 2 guests with zero stress and plenty of time for chill & photos before we had to leave.
Have been having my hair extentions done for over a year at Chic and they are always perfect. Have lasted the whole time with regular maintenance.
Always go to Erin for my makeup. Shes amazing knows exacltly what to use on my skin and is a miracle worker she also done our wedding makeup 10 girls and was so efficient had everyone ready in time for photos and makeup lasted perfectly all day/night.

I have been going to Chic Hair and Beauty since it opened and I am so grateful for this Salon and all the staff. I used to be so nervous going to hairdressers (even resorting to box dyes) but now I love the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in Chic. It’s clear to see why they won Best in the West 2019 as they are clearly as the Best! Michelle always does my hair and she is an amazing hairdresser, so talented and lovely. Have been here before and the blonde woman who I think is the owner trimmed my fringe for me and did it perfect, went back yesterday and got a different stylist an older woman with dark hair. I asked for just a trim and I usually have it choppy which most stylist knows not just a straight blunt cut. She said so choppy and full I said yes exactly. I used to have a thick fringe but this stylist has butchered it. She cut through it and thinned it out so much, some of the fringe is above my eyebrows and some is alot more shorter so there are gaps and the fringe looks spikey. Why would I want that when all I asked for a trim? Why cut through my hair ! My hair is very thick all over so I have a thick fringe which is what I thought she meant by FULL. I was so angry I just left because I would have lost my temper. I never ever leave bad reviews, I work in the service industry and think it's bad ethics over one occasion but I rang up to complain so it didn't happen to someone else and turns out it was the manager who cut my fringe. She said that my choppy is different to her choppy to which I explained no I have had a fringe 2 years and any other stylist knows what I mean, what she had done was thinned it out,s I know this because ive asked stylists to do this with the rest of my hair previously. She then laughed and said sorry, like she laughed like I was being absurd! Hence the bad review. I know hair grows back but I lost my hair a few years ago and am very particular about it, now I have to look at this spikey mess or go back to wearing bands and bandanas. Retrain your staff in how to communicate with customers
