   Went to get hair cut showed a picture of what I wld like only not as short so wee agreed just above shoulder which I was happy but when girl started cutting i did become anxious cause I thought it was a lot shorter than agreed but of course trusted the girl as she is the expert and when she finished drying it I said it was very short a lot shorter than wee agreed and even that the pic I had shown I am so gutted I know it will eventually grow back but now I'm stuck with no shape hair I would definitely emphasise more if u ever go here what u want I wish I had off.

   I have been going to Natalie now for around 2 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! She always leaves me with exactly what I asked for or better! I get my hair bleached but Natalie has been a big help in telling me the best ways to keep my hair healthy and smooth.

   Couldn’t recommend Natalie and the guys more. My hair is always beyond perfect. Natalie goes above and beyond every time and is the best cutter ever. She is always up for a good chat and a laugh too, which makes it 10x more enjoyable!! Best hair dressers about!!

   Could not recommend Agency hair enough! I have been to both Natalie and Megan and both left my hair so silky and smooth. I get my hair dyed and you wouldn't even notice by the quality. Both hairdressers left me with exactly what I asked for and were super nice!

   The best in the East! Natalie is a truly gifted hairdresser. I have a short pixie and my hair is very straight so any mistakes or lack of balance to the cut will by apparent. In addition I’m very fussy. When Natalie cuts my hair it sits like a dream and takes about 5 minutes to style. I also like Natalie’s confidence. She doesn’t mess about cutting every hair individually - she clearly sees the shape in her head and her scissors know where to go. To me this is something even good training cannot teach. You either have it it you don’t. Natalie has it.

   Have been to Natalie and other stylists many times and they are extremely professional and give very helpful tips and advice! They Always insist on strand tests (which some salons dont) and my colour and cut are always just how I want ithem!! Great salon
