Really delighted with my cut and blow dry with Alex. Exactly what I wanted. Beautiful salon with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. 1st time there today but will definitely return.
I had such an amazing experience with Jenn. It was very busy because of New Year’s eve, but she did her best to do everything in a timely manner. I was a bit down and not really excited about my haircut, but she on the spot came up with loads of ideas which would suit my haircare routine, lifestyle, character and face shape. She asked so many questions to choose the right one for me. I am more than happy, she had a lot of empathy to really understand what I like or don’t even though I was a bit shy. The result suits me better than I could have imagined. I am feeling confident and excited, even think about coming back and trying some hair dye even though I thought to not do it anymore. Thank you so much!
One of the nicest salon experiences I've ever had. I felt in such good hands - Jenna was so knowledgeable and experienced, and knew exactly what to do with my hair. It's a lovely space, with lovely people who are great at what they do. Already booked in again.
I have been going to Pamela in this salon for a long time now. I wouldn’t consider for a second going anywhere else! Pamela does my hair colour each time and I have yet to be disappointed! Her knowledge with colour is second to none! I have very fine hair and Pamela is great at taking care with it. They are a lovely team to go into, making you feel very much at ease. You leave feeling good and with gorgeous hair!!
Lovely, bright, welcoming salon. Had a great haircut here which is just what I wanted. Brandi is a fab stylist. Prices are reasonable too. I’ll definitely be back

I hadn’t been to a salon in 2 years but when I was ready to get my hair cut and colored I was hoping to find a salon with sustainable efforts. I hit the jackpot when I discovered Urban Roots! They have a closed loop recycling system so nothing goes to waste. My overall experience was also amazing! The staff were all so lovely and Jenna created the perfect cut & color I was hoping for. I have finally found a hair salon im happy to go to again and again. I highly recommend if you are reading this to give this salon a visit!
Alex is the best hairdresser I've ever had and I always leave feeling a million dollars. The salon is warm and welcoming, and you are always treated like a valued customer. 10/10, can't recommend it highly enough.
Love the new salon layout. Brandi did a fantastic job cutting my hair after getting clear on what I wanted. She was absolutely lovely and friendly and I'm looking forward to my next visit!
