I have been going to this salon for over 10years. The service is great, a fun atmosphere. I go in looking like tramp and leave feeling a million dollars. Definitely the best salon in NI
Had a lovely experience with this salon - hadn't been before but they were so lovely - from my initial phone call to book the appt, to getting the curls I had booked for my Xmas do. Lovely staff and lovely manner. Would def go back.
I haven't actually been here but met my 82 year old friend in holywood today in tears ....had went to this salon and explained she has broken her collar bone and asked if she could get a blow dry instead of the colour she had booked..the owner addressed her last appointment which she had cancelled.lets remember she is an 82 year old lady ....he then proceeded to shout in front of the few clients and staff who were in salon at the time .he told her he had enough with her cancelling last time and then asking to limit appointment time due to her pain in shoulder ..he then told her to go he had enough with staff issues and had enough of her while putting his hand up to her face .It sounds like owner was having a bad day ....but to take it out on a frail 82 year old lady doesn't say much ....

Truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Patrick was the 'Hair Whisperer' bringing my dead locks back to life, with treatments and face-specific hair cut! Incredible colour service and head massage gave me a spa experience in the middle of a busy working day. Looking forward to my next visit.
