I used to hate getting my hair done, then I started going to Keith Kane! Luxury all the way! Having said that, staff are not at all snooty but extremely friendly and helpful. Aveeen has been cutting my problem hair for a few years now and NEVER disappoints. Highly recommend.
After my last appointment I booked another for a few months down line. With 4 kids off on summer holidays the date had slipped my mind but I had remembered that i had an appointment was coming up but was thinking I would receive a text message to remind me as I usually do. I received a phone call to say I had missed my appointment and I need to pay £20. I said that this was a bit unfair as I hadn’t received a reminder and that I was willing to reschedule the appointment. A man in the background shouted “tell her she can go elsewhere “ which I was taken back from and I was also told that the text message was an extra service!! Needless to say I’ll be going elsewhere

It's a salon experience not to be missed in a beautiful setting. Entering the salon you feel a sense of serenity and calm. You are then greeted like your a special customer even though I have been a regular for many years. The massage chairs are a treat as you have your hair washed. I have had my hair styled and cut by different staff and have always been so pleased with the results. I believe they are all trained to a very high standard by Keith Kane himself who has an accolade of awards. The staff are very informative about the products available for my own individual hair needs and they give me some great tips for styling my hair. On my last visit I had my hair styled with a fringe which I didn't think was possible because my hair is quite thin and I have a cows lick. I was given great advice how to manage my new style and everyone has commented how great my hair looks and it really suits me. Looking forward to my next visit.
Have only being going to Keith Kane for a few months and I so wish I had become a client a long time ago. The ambience of the salon, the friendliness of the reception staff, the massaging recliners at the basins, knowledgeable juniors who know how to wash your hair and a stylist - in my case Lyndon - who colour, style and blow dry your hair, thus completing the job from start to finish. Keith Kane International takes getting your hair done to a whole new level. I love it.
