Thank you for helping me yesterday! I contacted the practice yesterday morning with my fingers crossed in the hope of being seen as an emergency patient. The receptionist was very helpful and I secured a 2.30 pm (very apt, tooth hurty) appointment. I am not a patient at this practice as I am down in Devon on holiday. Macus and the dental nurse were both very attentive during my appointment and explained all my options. I did not feel rushed or pressured although I am sure they were very busy. Thank you for the care you took. I am sure I am now on the mend. If I ever move to Devon permanently, I will definitely be back. Thank you.
Registered with this dentist 10 days ago with. Cracked tooth with root exposed I emphasised the fact that I needed to. be seen urgently so was given 30 th January 2.5 weeks wait I ended up at newton abbot dentist who saw me and extracted the damaged tooth straight away I am very dissatisfied with the attitude of the staff at mill street and have told them
Met the new dentist today. Vast improvement on previous recent visits. Very experienced, confident person with the right knowledge so hopefully the practice will now get back on track.
I am very dissatisfied with this practice and have terminated my relationship with them. Today, with only a 30 minute warning, I received a call to inform me that my hygienist appointment could only go ahead if I coughed up an extra £40 for it. - from £60 to £100. I have had to be on my guard regarding the sharp practices of this dentist; on a recent previous visit they tried to charge me for an appointment which I never had. A very poor price-gouging culture in this place: money first, teeth health last!
Phoned up to see if I could register my son, the receptionist was very rude and just hung up the phone after saying they were not taking on any more patients. Think some customer communication skills are needed.
Very pleased with everything. Kind, professional and every aspect of treatment explained in detail. Busy as expected but felt I was the only patient at the time. Always nervous but almost enjoyed this experience!!!
