They were nice kind but offer certain services because they thought they knew what was best for my hair and did it a style I specifically didn’t ask for and I asked to change it they wouldn’t and I ask them a couple questions about highlights this was liz

The worst haircut I have ever had..went in with short hair..just wanting a tidy up..and left with a really short and uneven cut..3 weeks on still struggling to try and style my hair..never be back
