Bit of a joke I’m due to be 10 mins late phone beforehand and get rudely told my appointments cancelled, many times I’ve rescheduled and been going 10+ years. Need Brian full time ASAP
I made an appointment in person and watched as my details were written down, but when my appointment was cancelled, I wasn't called. When I queried why I hadn't been called, I was told they didn't have my number. No attempt to apologise.
