   I received a cut and blow-dry in this salon last night and am very happy with it. Gemma is a lovely person, she listened carefully to what I wanted and cut my long bob perfectly. I was taken to my seat right away and the overall cut and blow-dry took around 45 minutes. Great attention was paid to detail and I can't fault my overall experience here.

   Fantastic salon! Had a lovely experience and was really taken care of. Staff were lovely and very attentive from the moment I walked through the door. I have long, thick hair and wanted a change of colour too. I'm delighted with my cut and colour and the excellent advice and service from Emma. She made me feel a million dollars. Highly recommend a visit, you'll not be disappointed!

   Absolutely horrible experience. When going into the salon to try and book an appointment there was no one there and the only person who was there working was doing her own hair! And obviously wasn’t paying attention to her job. After 10-15 minutes waiting I said something and she went and got another colourist from the back. Then to be told there is no appointments for a month, I booked the appointment anyway but when it came to the time they rang and cancelled it 30 minutes before the appointment and didn’t have any other slots for another month or so. Definitely would not suggest you waist your money here.

   Did colouring and hair cut today ...not at all happy..they did so quickly even the hair cut is not that great...I would not recommend... They charged 80 £ ... which is not worth for the service. Pls don't go to them . I just see here in the review another lady did mention the same about hair color and hair cut to her mom. She is true. Find some other Salon.

   I don't like change but decided to take a chance after seeing my sister in laws hair after Shane had cut it, and i was not disappointed, Shane had done magic with my hair. From old and drabby to my hair looking alive and even just falls into place after the wind blew through it. Shane made me feel like we had been friends for a long time. But the whole experience was amazing, from walking in the friendliness made me feel secure, the hair wash was to die for and so relaxing and the cut was breathtaking. I felt like i was listened to and got what i wanted with advise on what will suit me best. Can't wait for my next hair appointment. Thank you for this magical experience.

   I cannot rate this salon and the wonderful staff higgly enough. I have had my fair share of extremely poor and highly expensive experiences from other well known hair dressing salons. In Shane Bennett's you leave feeling wonderful. To have your hair styled and coloured by leading experts in this field in Northern Ireland and indeed the UK is truly a treat. The prices are very comparable to other leading salons. That is what Shane Bennett's is about. A salon that leads others by miles and makes people like myself leave with hair that is healthy, vibrant and beautifully cut and styled. Each time I leave the salon I feel a million dollars. A good friend used to say to me ,"your hair is your crowning glory". Glory goes to Shane Bennett's.
