Given you are closing for 4 weeks due to the latest Government restrictions, I do wonder how you can turn people away shortly before 4pm. It baffles me how one wouldn't try and get as much business as possible these past few days. So much for supporting a local business like yours when you are not willing to be accommodating for those who work 8am-5pm.
I’m a person who comes to barbers not only to get my hair cut, but to enjoy friendly conversations and feel renewed afterwards as well. Now maybe the person who cut my hair was having a bad day, or perhaps I just wasn’t too descriptive enough. But I just don’t want to conclude as to why I left feeling unsatisfied. I honestly felt like I was just a hindrance, and frankly, the cut seemed rushed and had me feeling frustrated (I immediately got another haircut from a different barbers afterwards). Now this maybe all my fault, and I’m just taking this too personally... but no. I won’t be coming back again. But hey, job’s done, right? 3 stars for job completion. Nothing more.
