   Extremely disappointed with the service and management. I had an appointment booked and was only a few minutes late — despite this, they still charged my account and refused to reschedule or offer any flexibility. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing no understanding or basic customer service. Instead of working with me, they demanded I pay double just to rebook. I’ve never encountered such inflexible and disrespectful treatment over something so minor. I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful and fair service.

   So called in to this place today as I had a lot to do for a hot towel shave and hair cut and nose wax. What can I say it was the most unprofessional service I've ever received . The no blade used on my cheeks and neck they still had hairs on he literally whipped my face and neck with towel and used electric razors on my face also he didn't want to do the noise hair wax and another guy had to do it and one got stuck which happens but to spend a further 2mins looking for tweezers while the guy doing my hair was running around flinching about the wax process £21 for a very substandard service never again will I go here. I'll stick to my usual barber's brothers 7 in rosemary street which I always receive a professional service.

   The staff are friendly. I checked online and saw that it wasn't busy so I called in for the first time. No appointment required. Open Mondays which is great. Good haircut for £12, I will go back.

   I don't even live in the east anymore but I travel over just because they are quality and consistent. The guy with the long beard is so diligent and really gives you value for money. Would Def recommend!

   Have visited several times and always had a great cut and great service. However my most recent visit didn't live up to expectations, as the guy cutting my hair, while he did a good job, continually stopped to have a really inappropriate conversation with a waiting customer, while the place was full of children. The visit overall took over 2 hours as a result. Had it not been for this one incident, I would've given Cliffs 5 stars
