   Not very helpful staff that don't listen or talk to the parents. It is not a good swim school for kids that are tellented or have learning differences. They hold your child back for no reason and make up reasons that your child can not move forward. I have been trying to talk to the staff for over a month and they don't listen or tell you what is the issue they just old your child back. I would not recommend this place for your children as it is over subscribed and they don't pay attention to your child when they are better than the rest as they can't keep up so they look after the slower ones. This is not far for children that need more to get better and is only stunting the child's growth.

   Similar experience to lots of other comments on here. The Royal Swimming purposely take longer to pass students on each level so that they can charge for more lessons. My advice is find somewhere else.

   The teachers here are so warm and kind. Emily is an absolute miracle worker; her patience and gentle but fun approach got my screaming 3 year old from tears and fears to actually getting him in the water with smiles of joy! Couldn't recommend highly enough! The ladies on reception heard how well he'd done and gave him a sticker on his way out. What a wonderful swimming group to be a part of!

   Would give no stars if that was an option. They are oversubscribed clearly only focused on making money! My daughter spent most of her 'lessons' clinging to the wall waiting to swim across. What a waste of money and no progress made!!

   Classes are way over subscribed. 13 in young kids (~4yrs) class. Most of the lesson the children are left holding onto the side of the pool and then pulled across with little teaching of how to swim.
