   First rate customer service. The checkout operators ALWAYS take time to talk with you and share a conversation. Food is reasonably priced and there is a great selection n most products. Nice clear aisles and overall a pleasant experience. Only critical point is the selfish customers who take the parent/child spots despite being solo shoppers - just because it’s closer to the door.    Amazing experience, not my usual Aldi but was looking for some Dutch Ovens in their Special Buys section. Three members of staff were kind enough to go into the warehouse and find the exact one for me. Above and beyond service!

   I saw an emotional support dog behave in an unhygienic manner near the open display food items. I didn't know this is now allowed in aldi. I'm very concerned about the food hygiene in aldi now.

   The boxes of 'Aldi' sachet coffee are a fraction of the price of Nescafe. The Nescafe ones at Aldi are cheaper than Tesco but the 'own' brand ones are fine. 39p for a loaf. Beat that Tesco. OK its not best bread you've ever had but once you have made your sandwiches for work then you are eating them at work. Most things I normally get at tesco are at least 10% cheaper here and some items are a lot cheaper including fresh meat. This store is clean, tidy and well situated for drivers and shoppers on foot. On the 45 bus route and 5 minutes away from spoons and petrol station. Only one shelf had the incorrect product on it and another had the wrong price. Incorrect prices and product availability remain an issue at Tesco in central Nottingham & they have been doing this a lot longer than Aldi. Recommend.

   Very quiet on weekday evenings, I went in around 8pm, the store was almost empty, the staff was very helpful. I really had a pleasant experience although I didn't have any expectations.

   Although the store has many good features and points And decent prices they barely have more than two tills open at a time Customers like myself have to walk down the opposite tills to find bags to carry out shopping the store is missing fridge doors on some of the fresh storage And you can hardly find a member of staff when you need one However besides this they have very good prices and a can do attitude They are willing to help even if they are under funded over worked Sometimes common courtesy goes a long way and I would shop here again provided I'm not in a rush for time ( When the price is right ...., The price is right)
