By far the best lamb Shawarma wraps in the area. Fresh, tasty and consistent every time. Shop has a great selection of fresh baked items, fresh cakes, fresh meat counter and nut pick and mix. Spice selection here is second to none. Always pristine clean and a pleasant shopping experience.
Bought lamb from them for the first time time and probably that will be the last time as well. Will go there for other groceries but I am not buying any meat from them again. Bought 1k lamb from them and it was all bones and fat. They have good groceries but their meat section is not good.
Absolutely shocked! I went to the butcher today on a friend's recommendation, and when I got home, we found that the meat was mainly bones and fat, not meat at all. How can you say it's halal when you're tricking people like this? Guys, please explain to us how you sleep at night when you're taking people's money and not doing things properly. We will never, ever come back and never recommend you guys to anyone.
HALAL BUTCHER One of the best meat shops in Nottingham. No better than a spring baby lamb, always fresh and tender. The chicken also is high-quality, especially baby chicken and boneless breast. I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for a long time, and I’ve always been happy with their fresh meat and overall quality. However, I recently purchased a raspberry jelly for my son, and when we got home, we discovered it was already expired. I tried to contact the shop to address the issue, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. I want to emphasize that I usually have a positive experience here, and the shop is clean and reliable for fresh produce. I just hope they can improve their quality control and customer service in the future.
Its the best multi-cultural supermarket in Nottingham. They have loads of variety related to Turkish, Greek, Kurdish, Arabic, Pakistani and Indian cuisines. The varriety of products like cooking oil, sweets, snacks, bread, dry fruits, fresh fruits & vegetables, frozen food, spices, honey, etc. range to more than 15 types, I am not sure how the keep everything organised while having so many items. All items are halal. The fresh meat is quite clean and good in variety. There is a special section of pure multifloral raw honey (£12 for 500grams) from portugal. A very nice and delicious honey. They also serve fresh sandwitches, grilled chicken and a good variety of baklavas (turkish and syrian), french and english deserts. Most of the basic things are available. They also have a medical store.
Absolutely lovely shop full of a wide variety of store cupboard ingredients. High quality fresh food and the staff are really helpful. Really love the variety of freshly baked breads turkis, Indian and kebabs are delicious.
Excellent shop, with the stuff available for people of different ethnicities and food choices. Very fresh halal meat, olives selection, baklava, naan bread, at reasonable prices. Staff very friendly, and approachable management staff who will listen to you if any concerns. You could tell that team is putting hard work to make the market a success. And last but not the least, very spacious free parking which is very helpful. 10/10.
Really clean not too expensive, actually quite cheap on somethings. Lovely spaced out supermarket looks upmarket inside. Fresh bread baked daily trying the gigantic Turkish bread for £1
