Had my hair cut today by Jim and not only one of the best cuts I've had in a wile, but great chats with a very intelligent man, I'll be back (like Arnold) every 2 weeks Jim same time. legend
I'm not really one who would go to a new barbers, being a creature of habit and all that. I do tend to get quite lazy and let my hair grow out for about 4/5 months, after walking past Harvey Rose yesterday, I decided to bite the bullet and get my haircut. I went in today not realising I needed an appointment and was able to get a walk-in appointment. I was seen by James who was extremely accommodating after I explained I don't really go to new barbers, he asked plenty of questions about my usual hairstyle and then got to work. He took his time and was very careful of what he was doing. The end result was fantastic and I'm extremely happy. 10/10 I'll be back.
Great barber. Friendly, professional and experienced. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Belfast. Clean welcoming shop and caters to all kinds of customers. Top class
I have long hair at the top of my sides, asked to leave it long to blend into my top, which is long. First proceeded to cut the long bits right off down to a half, was about a 3 before, then asked for the back to be down to skin at the bottom, left it about a 1, had my beard shaped horribly and left with hairs not even cut and still hanging out on my neck. Shocking! Also left with massive razor rash on my neck after using presumably a dirty razor on it.
I’ve been using Harvey Rose for quite a few years. They offer traditional barbering in a professional and relaxed setting. One of the few barbers I’ve been to that know how to cut curly/wavey hair. Highly recommended
I've been to many barbers in Belfast. Tried them all. Each has their own selling points. Most offer good quality haircuts at £10/£15. But Harvey Rose is a little different; a little extra special. The quality is unparalleled in Belfast. For £20, that extra £5 goes a long way. You're paying for quality and craftsmanship here. A different level. Well done to Derek, the best barber in town in my eyes.

Went here the day before my wedding and got an excellent shave and hair cut. Was told to come in the following morning and they would style it for free, which they did to perfection. Would thoroughly recommend - it is worth the price.
