Went in today without a booking to get my son's hair fixed after an absolutely horrible cut from elsewhere. The chap cutting his hair was friendly, listened to what we wanted and explained to my son what he was doing and why. He fixed up his hair brilliantly. Really nice vibe in the shop too, friendly staff. Would recommemd and will be back!
Was in today with the we man must say brilliant service took the time as he hates getting the hair cut plus it was a good cut can't fault anything. Will be back again!
Onur is an absolutely brilliant barber as well as other workers in shop, my little boy hates hair cuts and onur makes him super calm and at ease with an amazing trim
My 10 year old son was in on Friday 17th January 2025. It appeared to be a junior cutting his hair, working at Edels chair. £15 for a skin fade that is wonky at the back. He asked for a little off the fringe. His hair is absolutely butchered!! Do not let anyone except for the females in here, near your hair!!

I’ve never left a negative review anywhere before as in conscious it will damage a hard working business. However I got a hair cut well more like a hack job from this barber shop on the carnmoney road. The barber a young guy probably just qualified his level one barbering course unfortunately for me jacked my hair . He asked me on three occasions is that ok we’re it clearly wasn’t and o had to tell him no and we’re to fix his indiscretions. The lad was chatty and nice however his apprenticeship is clearly not finished. I’ve had 100s of haircuts and witnessed 100s of haircuts but this is the worst I’ve ever witnessed. I came home washed it out and ventured to another local barber who took joy in pointing out so many mistakes which was embarrassing . I’ve no doubt they have good barbers but to allow an apprentice free to destroy hair cuts and leave customers annoyed to the point they will never return is wrong . To allow a low skilled barber loose in your shop is a representation that the owners don’t care about customers . Be cautious of this barbers .
There is not a better barber/stylist/host in Northern Ireland Aren is a special talent. I have confidently been grooming myself from I have been 13 years old in both hair and beard and would not allow any professional close to my hair "as they could not get it right". As a one off I went to Arens through recommendations and from then on I would only allow him to cut my hair and facially shave me. He is fantastic and an all round amazing host you are made to feel like a king and you get the full Spa treatment.....he is a true professional 5 Star and Number 1 in Northern Ireland
My partner booked me in for the VIP package as a wee surprise. On arrival I was offered a tea, coffee, soft drink or an alcoholic beverage. Obviously I chose the alcohol as you do. I had a choice of beer vodka whiskey etc but I only took a beer. Onur was brilliant he cut my hair and beard the way I asked and was also offered another drink half way through. All in all it was an enjoyable experience and an excellent gift for any man. I'll definitely be back again soon thanks.
