   They cheat people at the checkout. I have faced many times. Think about it, they don't even give you a receipt at the end of the purchase, you have to ask for it yourself. Yesterday, I bought 8 products, the price of three of them on the shelf was different from the price at the checkout, and this was my last trip there. they do not write the name, weight and price of the product on the receipt, so you fall into a trap. Just be careful.

   This morning I was in the shop to buy some chicken at the butcher's shop. I was queuing and, suddenly the personal staff gave the turn to a woman when I was before her. I had told him in a straightforward manner that I was before her. Well, this personal staff said that "I wasn't in the corridor queue" when there is nothing written in this shop where customers have to queue. Come on, it was all an excuse! This is not the first time he has done this. Whenever he sees someone from his country, he always gives turn from his people without respecting the other customers of different nationalities. Besides this, he is rude and disrespectful. He starts talking in his own language to the customers from his country and badmouthing you! Shame on him!

   Not sure why this store exists. It opened recently but doesn't really offer anything not already covered by Pak Foods directly opposite. They should consider stocking more items that Pak Foods doesn't, e.g. Korean/Japanese food. I'm still giving them 4 stars though to counter some of the fake and defamatory unfair reviews. (edit) I actually made a purchase there for the first time a few weeks after I left the first review, just needed to quickly grab something. Extremely rude service, the young man at the till gave me attitude because it was a small purchase. Will not be returning, and changed my review to 1 star because of how extremely rude he was for no reason. Just go to Pak foods. There's no reason for this store to exist and the staff are rude and disrespectful.

   Doesn’t meter if you are pregnant or buying fruit for a child they will with a smile sell you moldy fruit. Don’t recommend this shop at all, after this I’m very suspicious how much more old and out of day food they are selling to people with out any shame. Will not even think about a meet or anything else.

   I heard about this shop on the radio so thought to take a trip and visit from the other side of Nottingham. I must say I was really happy and impressed with the service I do have other local shops as to where I live but this shop is very competitive on price and especially I like the meat counter setup nice and very clear. I’m unsure of other reviews on here as they all related to particular issues but I can say I was really happy. Thanks to the lady on the till and also kind gentlemen who helped drop my shopping to my car parked a bit further due to limited parking but I’m happy they have went out of way to drop my shopping to my car. Everyone must all visit and check this new shop keep up the great work
