Excellent quality produce and meat fresh, clean, and well prepared. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
I have given this store many chances to be ethical, but I have to give up and take my money elsewhere. They make up prices at the till or depending on how much they can rip off a customer, as they don’t display prices on majority of their stuff. They charged me £24.25 for 3kg chicken breast. I am also shocked at their audacity to sell rotten vegetables/fruits at such high prices
They have variety of things that's good but the staff that standing in the meat delivery place is very rude very bad behavior
We had another bad experience today with the bad pricing tag, buying a 1kg Ceekays chicken nugget where clearly a promotion poster is on the freezer at 4.99/kg but was made to pay 6.99 despite the poster is still there. The staff then took the poster out by saying the promotion had ended (despite no end date) and refused to consider the promotional price. Not the first time it happens to us with misleading price tags. A bit unprofessional to not pay attention to price change that can mislead the customer and so sad that it happens to regular customers like us.
Very good and pleasant experience and I'm very impressed with the quality of the products. Very good customer service which is usually difficult to find today. It isn’t subtle that they have spent time and effort in running the store.

I've started using this store in the last six months mainly for fresh Coriander, Okra, Garlic, and Ginger (the last time I also bought some dried spices). NO problems at all so far. Good prices, and quick friendly service.
This is one of probably four of their shops around Nottingham. Staff do tend to move around from one shop to another. Plenty of parking around the back of the shop with a seperate entrance. Fruit and veg not always the best so watch what your picking. Got to watch the cashier when at the till as the prices don't always add up! Meat and poultry is OK but you have to watch the butcher as they chop and cut the meat/poultry as they see fit and not as you necessarily asked for.
Well stocked and fair prices. Good range of fruit, veg, halal meats and sooo many spices. Friendly and helpful staff too.
