visited the Aldi store on Radford Boulevard, Nottingham, and had a very unpleasant experience at the reception/self-service area. I bought water and several other items, some of them heavy. The staff member working at reception refused to serve me and was quite aggressive in his manner when I asked for help. When I tried to take a photo, the manager came over and asked me to delete it, which I did immediately. I also made a complaint at the time. As a customer, I do not believe it is acceptable to be refused service without a valid reason, especially when carrying heavy items, and staff should not behave aggressively towards customers. I would like to say that the manager handled the situation professionally and politely and said she would speak to the staff member involved. I appreciate her response, but the initial behaviour was disappointing and should not happen.

A very large store with a very large variety of items from food to fruits, drinks, meat, kitchen utensils, Christmas materials, stationery and much more. It took quite a while to walk around my first. There are others stores around the compound including a gym/sports store.

I popped into this Aldi store for a quick shop and accidentally parked in a disabled bay — the whole area was empty. Now I’ve been slapped with a £100 fine from Premier Parking. Absolute scam. Aldi , you’ve just lost a customer for good. Instead of my loyalty, you’ve made your profit by scamming me with your parking. Congratulations.

This Radford Boulevard Aldi is just amazing. The looks, merchandising, and the service are all so good. It re-opened after some renovation. I had been keenly waiting for this. Though it is a little smaller than the other bigger supermarkets, it looks very neat. The merchandising and service were very nice. Not to forget the price. It's very competitive compared to other supermarkets. I love the closed frozen counters, not seen anywhere, though. At least it does not leave the customers with a frozen experience. I am waiting for my next visit very soon.

The staff who works at the Self-checkout is rude and not helpful at all. She shouted at the customers and her rude behaviour was shocking! Her AID no. is A0000000041010. This terrible experience happened today around 14:16 pm. If she continues work there, the reputation of the store will surely be down to negative.

Great service and good value for price. Sometimes the products are misplaced and it gets harder to find the actual price.

Today I was made to feel like a criminal when all I was doing was trying to get an expired chicken on a discount for 75% off cos they discount expired meat after 7. One polish or Romania/ Ukrainians female refused and went around chasing me and making announcements about me and my whereabouts at the shop asking her colleagues not to sell the expired food to me on a discount. I have been shopping at aldi for 7 years, never stollen, in fact two weeks ago I saw someone stuffing food in their personal bag and I alerted their security.. as an nhs staff, and low pay, saving lives eveyday I have never in my life felt like a criminal ever over an expired meat. Thank God I never have to beg for bread. Some of these stuff members at aldi are soo rude, always talking on the headphones not engaging with customers. I cannot imagine how those who live on expired food have to go through to be humilated as I did today. Next time I see someone stealing at aldi I will just keep quiet cos it is thought out here cos an expired food won't even be discounted. I truly hope you all enjoy wasting food and throwing them in the bin. Never again

I’d say nice & alright and they have loads of things that lidil doesn’t have. It has some uniqueness included. Many types of snacks and delicious desserts. But they could take care of the outside entrance which is full of homeless people, dirt and a mess of carts
